PROFESSIONAL PROFILE: Having worked in commercial real estate management and litigation law for a portion of his career, Skip brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his clients. In 2005, Skip joined the mid-sized law firm, Keegan Werlin LLP, and worked as a paralegal in downtown Boston. After several years in the legal industry, Skip then chose to enter the commercial real estate field and joined CBRE in 2008. During his tenure as property manager for the world’s largest commercial real estate firm, he provided asset services to several well-known institutional clients throughout the Northeast and managed downtown and suburban class-A office, retail, and industrial properties. One of his noteworthy management assignments included a suburban portfolio of 4-million sq. ft. (20+ buildings) of industrial property scattered around the greater Boston area. In addition, he leased luxury residential apartments in the high-end neighborhoods of downtown Boston.

AFFILIATIONS AND AWARDS: Skip graduated with a B.A. from Rollins College in Winter Park, FL and attended the prestigious all-boys’ prep school, Boston College High School. Skip has won several awards including Tenant Coordinator of the Year at CBRE and a threshold achievement award at Windermere Real Estate during his first year selling homes. Sustainable practices are important to Skip, as he holds two notable designations, LEED GA and GREEN. Skip has also attained the RPA designation through the Building Owners and Managers Institute.
SPECIAL INTERESTS: Skip is an avid sailor and skier. He also enjoys volunteering at several local organization such as the DAP and the Center.
